A BEAUTIFUL gladiola...I love those multi-colored ones. How fortunate you are to have those in your garden! We have to dig up the bulbs every winter...but you obviously don't..ours are not even close to blooming yet. Enjoy!
I am just doing a bit of catch up on your blog and came across this picture of the "Glad".
We are able to grow them well in Woodland. At my old house I had just planted a few and the bulbs multiplied like crazy! So, every few years it is good to dig the extra bulbs up and re-plant elsewhere. Especially if they are in sandy soil.
