We enjoyed some baked oatmeal in individual servings the other day. Peter mixed them up the night before and put them in the fridge for us to bake the next day because he was going out to breakfast with some young men from church. We actually make baked oatmeal about once a week, usually Sunday morning. We had never had them in individual baking dishes though and the kids thought that was marvelous. :)
